Cancel / Refund Policy

You can cancel your Mockulator subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

When you cancel your subscription:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• You will continue to have access to all paid features until the subscription expires
• Your account will automatically switch to the free tier after the subscription ends
• All your data, servers, and endpoints will be preserved (subject to free tier limits)

Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions, we offer a full refund for your most recent transaction, no questions asked. This applies to Pro ($10/month), Team ($25/month), and Scale ($99/month) plans when billed monthly.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are not eligible for refunds due to the significant discount already provided with the yearly commitment. Annual plans offer substantial savings (typically 15-20% off the monthly rate) in exchange for the annual commitment.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an eligible monthly subscription, please email our support team at support@mockulator.com with your account details and the reason for the refund request.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.

Our free tier is available indefinitely and includes:

• 50 API requests per day
• 1 server with up to 3 endpoints
• Private endpoints
• Dynamic responses
• Email support

There are no time limits or restrictions on the free tier, making it perfect for getting started with mock APIs or for small personal servers.
